Our projects

For an international company with its headquarters in Zug, we had to completely redesign a large one-floor office space, creating both cell offices for intellectually challenging tasks and shared places for face-to-face interactions, brainstorming, collaborating, informal gatherings, and formal meetings.

Considering the character of work in the office which required concentration and thought-intense focus, we designed a homogenous workplace with a pleasant flow of colours and furnishings. Our design included an efficient space plan with optimal use of daylight; clever floor and wall coverings to decrease noise; restrained neutral colours for a calming ambience; comfortable ergonomic furniture (e.g. by USM and Vitra); air-purifying leafy plants, oversized plant pots with dimmable lighting, and last but not least, the possibility for individual control of the surroundings (e.g. privacy, sunlight and artificial light levels, temperature, etc.). The implementation of our design concept created a thoughtfully personalised work environment designed to support high intellectual performance so leading to employees’ improved confidence and better job results.
